| It is sad to leave, but our journey gøs on. What do we like best about Australia? It is hard to say, but accomodation and public toilets get high scores :-) |

Both accomodation and toilets are easy to find, and most of them are clean. A funny thing, though, is that many cafees and internet cafees do not have toilets. You have to go to the neighbour's or to a public one. But the public ones are "everywhere", and they are free.
The best way to find accomodation, is NOT to go around looking for one. There are tourist information offices or agencies at railway stations and around the towns, that would give you a better deal than you would get by going directly to a hotel. And there are backpackers boards with free phone facilities. On smaller places, like Alice Springs, the backpackers represetatives line up in front of the railway station at every train arrival. You could also get a good deal via internet. If you have a reservation, you would normally be picked up at the station / airport.
We have been around a lot, and yet there are lots of places we have not been. We just have to come back! To see and do what we did not this time, and to see again some of the places and some of the nice people we met.
Favourite places: Alice Springs, Glenelg, Melbourne and Brisbane. And, and, and ...
